Separation agents

 Antitacks are among the auxiliaries used in the rubber industry. Their task after applying to the surface of sheets or granules of unvulcanized rubber mixtures is to prevent their sticking together during the storage, technological handling and transport. In the further processing of   rubber compounds or during vulcanization the separators will become components of the rubber compounds respectively vulcanizates without affecting their properties. They are used in the tire industry as well as in the production of conveyor belts and technical rubber goods.

 VUCHT a.s. is a manufacturer of the separating agents under the VUSEPAR trade mark. We offer liquid separators in form of a concentrated dispersion and also separators in powder form. Liquid separators could be especially interesting for small customers, but the current state and market demands are directed to the production of powder separators. The advantage of powder form separators is the actual preparation of the liquid dispersion directly at the customer to the desired application concentration in relation to the various uses and application systems.

VUSEPAR O is a liquid suspension separating agent based on zinc stearate as active substance, in the form of an aqueous dispersion, pasty consistency. The dry matter content is 20%

VUSEPAR M is a liquid suspension separating agent based on zinc stearate and kaolin filler in the form of an aqueous dispersion, pasty consistency. The dry matter content is 30%.
