Peptisation agents

 Peptizing agents are highly effective additives in the rubber industry that facilitate rubber mastication / plasticization and significantly shorten the time of plastification to achieve energy savings and increase the capacity of the processing equipment. They are very effective even at low dosages. By applying them even at lower temperatures of mastication and plasticization the required lower viscosity of the rubber, allowing the incorporation of the fillers and other necessary additives, can be reached quickly. They are very effective especially in natural rubber and do not affect the course of vulcanization and the properties of vulcanizates. There is also a positive impact of peptizing agents in the treatment of rubber waste (preparation of rubber pulp, -regenerated rubber, reprocessing of pre-vulcanised rubber compounds).

 VUCHT a.s. is a manufacturer of a wide range of peptizing agents that are the result of own research. They are peptizers based on the active substance of activated DBD (dibenzamidodiphenyl disulfide) of various compositions and in various final forms.

  • VUCHTAZIN DBD/AP

VUCHTAZIN DBD / AP is a high-purity peptizer that reduces viscosity and improves the processing of (especially) natural rubber. It is used as an intermediate / additive for processing agents for the rubber industry. In addition to the powder form, there is also a product with the same composition, but with suppressed dusting, called Vuchtazin DBD / CAP.

  • VUCHTAZIN RV/G -40

VUCHTAZIN RV / G-40 is a standard peptizer which is used in the rubber industry as a rubber viscosity regulator. It is produced in granular form, which reduces the loss of the active substance during handling and mixing into the rubber.

VUCHTAZIN RE / G-40 is a modification of the standard type peptizer for different consumer needs, leaving the same active ingredient, activators of efficiency and also the final form.
